Cedar Rapids Ground Transportation Center
The 380 Express downtown Cedar Rapids stop is located in the Ground Transportation Center at 450 1st St SE in Cedar Rapids. The Express bus will stop the Northeast corner of 2nd Street and 4th Avenue.
Cedar Rapids Lot 44 Park and Ride
Located at 150 9th Ave SE, 380Express riders who purchase a monthly or 10-Ride pass are eligible for discounted monthly parking passes from Park CR. To learn more contact Park CR at (319) 365-7275. The bus stops at the covered shelter on the north side of the lot near the entrance from 2nd Avenue.
Kirkwood Community College
The 380 Express bus stops at the bus stop at the main entrance at Kirkwood Community College at the bus shelter just west of the roundabout at the bus stop. Please be aware both the northbound and southbound stops at the same location, sometimes as little as 5 minutes apart, so make sure to ask the driver if you are boarding the bus heading in the correct direction.
Coralville Transit Intermodal Facility
The 380 Express bus stop in Coralville is located at the Coralville Transit Intermodal Facility located at 906 Quarry Rd in Coralville.
UIHC West Campus Transportation Center (WCTC)
The stop will utilize Bay #8 of the WCTC which is located at 840 Evashevski Drive Iowa City, IA 52242. The WCTC is located directly north of Kinnick Stadium and is connected to the UIHC by a skywalk. The WCTC is the facility used by as a CAMBUS hub.
Court Street Transportation Center
The downtown Iowa City 380 Express Bus Stop is located at the Court Street Transportation Center located at 170 E. Court Street in Iowa City.
+ Where can I buy tickets?
Single trip tickets can be purchased from the driver. Please use exact change as change will not be provided. Advance tickets can be purchased using the “Token Transit” app (available in the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.) Passengers purchasing through the Token Transit app will have a ticket barcode in the app. Please do not activate this ticket until you are boarding the bus (tickets will expire within 30 minutes of activation).
+ Can I reserve a seat in advance?
Seat reservations are not available on the 380 Express. Reliability is key to customers being satisfied with the service and returning to use it again and again. As a commuter service, the closely spaced departure times for 380 Express allow the service to accommodate passengers more easily. 380 Express also has a spare bus available which can be deployed to meet peaks in customer demand.
All coaches in the 380 Express service are equipped with free WIFI, 110V power outlets and USB ports, restroom, and reclining seats with 3-point seat belts. There is also a wheelchair lift with two wheelchair securement areas on each coach.
380 Express is managed by the East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG). ECICOG has contracted with Windstar Lines, Inc. to operate the bus service for all 380 Express Routes.
